ET VOILA '! Said and done! Get this mini plum cakes! As usual, I think I cooked them a bit 'too .... but what can I do, but the commitment is there, what about? Evidently I am not very fond of sweets! But sooner or later I will win! ;-) So this is the recipe:

MINI plum cakes apple and cinnamon

Ingredients 4 small apples annurche (but you can use the quality that you like)
150 gr cake flour
50 g starch 100 g white sugar
100 g brown sugar 50 g butter
3 eggs 1 jar of yogurt
grated rind of 1 lemon
½ tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon sweet
½ cinnamon
A pinch of salt Icing sugar


With the help of an electric mixer, whisk the eggs with sugar, add the softened butter, yogurt and grated lemon rind. As soon as you get a nice smooth cream add the flour and starch that have united and sifted with a pinch of salt, cinnamon and baking powder last. So apples, peeled and cut into chunks. plumcake Grease a wheel or, as I did, mini plum cakes from the molds. With this amount I filled molds 8 plum and 4 (children) from muffin.

lemon zest 8 egg yolks

100 g dark chocolate

Procediemtno:
Prepare the pastry by mixing all ingredietni and leave in fridge to rest.

Prepare the cream, heat milk with sugar and zest Meah. Mix the egg yolks and remaining sugar and flour join.
Pour the yolks into the milk and bring to a density at half the chocolate cream and mix to combine.

Spread half of pastry into the pan, pour the cream yellow, cover with soaked Pavesini nell'alchermes cioccoalto and cream.

Spread the pastry and cover the remaining cake.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Tonight recipe for light, easy and tasty. I love
much prefer the fish and in my weekly menus. Usually I buy it fresh once a week or two and then freeze. My fishmonger to trust now has become part of my family, as well as the greengrocer and the butcher and the erbolaio well (as you call what sells spices ?!... damn ignorance!)
I apologize for the ugly and the only pictures I took for this recipe .... forgive me!

Then this is the recipe: Ingredients

- cleaned cuttlefish;
- frozen peas;
- ; shallots;
- juice and lemon peel, untreated
- ; white wine;
- parsley at will;
- oil, salt and pepper to taste


Sauté in a pan up, chopped shallots with olive oil then add the squid cleaned and cut into pieces, add salt and pepper and cook, stirring for a few minutes. Put a little 'white wine to evaporate and add the peas. Turn and cover with a lid. If you need to add a little warm water. goodness is the first I made this weekend of bad weather here in Naples and "bad weather" here in my home ...
I have to make an introduction to this recipe: I used for the dough, and it was my first experiment outside of the bread making, baking mother.
The result was excellent, ma per chi non l'avesse a disposizione, andrà benissimo (per le mie dosi)  anche meno di mezzo panetto di lievito di birra (ovviamente i tempi di lievitazione saranno ridotti).
Inoltre il mio lievito madre è stato preparato con farina interamente integrale, ma qui l'ho aggiunto, nell'impasto, a farina di tipo 0 (dalla foto si vede!) Comunque....esperimento riuscito!

Ingredienti

100 gr. di lievito madre
300 di farina 0
200 ml c.a. di acqua tiepida
 2 cucchiai di olio extra vergine d'oliva
sale fino per impasto q.b.
200 gr di stracchino

Take a thin sheet, line the bottom of an oiled and floured rotate above, place the stuffing into small pieces of soft cheese and a little chopped rosemary

then cover with another sheet. Prick the surface, sprinkle with rosemary, coarse salt and olive oil.

Put in oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes far e..

ps Having been a bit 'of the focaccia dough I prepared sandwiches with rosemary (just a couple). The initial dough with rosemary, I did grow up again, about 1 hour more than the cake, I then cooked along with the bread for about 50 minutes at 180 ° and ... here is the result ...

Oh! Mommy! I can not believe! I'm posting a recipe .... sweet sweet! Incredible effect of a blog!
All those who know me know that I, Bravin in the kitchen, but the desserts just do not have a good relationship! Apart from the preparation of the torta caprese. But tonight .... TATAAN! I surprised even myself! In fact, since the rover for several blogs, I realized that all / many of the dessert recipes you posted ... and then I could not try it! The result, I was good to be true, but the stars I have cooked too much on the surface, I have certainly lived up to the time of the recipe that I have inspired, ma evidentemente ogni forno ha il suo tempo, il suo calore e la sua cottura...come sempre ripeto io (eppure ci sono cascata!).
Io comunque ci ho provato e sono contenta! In futuro, magari con il vostro aiuto, ci proverò ancora!

Questa la ricetta:

Stelline alla panna decorate con gocce di cioccolato

(qui vi annoto le dosi perchè so che, in pasticceria, sono fondamentali!)

per 12 mini stelline + 4 mini stampini da muffins (avevo ancora un po' di impasto!)

125 gr di farina 00
90 gr di zucchero (io ho usato zucchero a velo)
1 uovo intero
50 ml di olio di girasole
100 ml di panna (crema di latte)
1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci
un pizzico di sale

In una ciotola amalgamate bene la panna, l'uovo, lo zucchero e l'olio di girasole con un pizzico di sale. Mescolate la farina con il lievito e aggiungetela, poco per volta setacciandola,  all'impasto precedentemente preparato. Mescolate bene. Accendete il forno e portatelo sui 180°.  Riempite, per meno della metà, gli stampini (io ho usato quelli in silicone), decorandoli con gocce di cioccolato fondente.


Infornateli a 180° per circa 15 minuti.
Appena cotti, sfornateli su una graticola e cospargeteli with powdered sugar.

I saw this recipe on the blog Morena soon as I could and I have reproduced, obviously from the title you can understand what is so gorgeous ...



Ingredients for a mold of 26 cm:

for chocolate shortbread

300 g flour 50 g cocoa 220 g butter good


160 gr sugar 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon

vanilla extract 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt



for stuffing 140 grams of dark chocolate
gianduiotti or 240 grams of chocolate hazelnut

600 g of fresh cream 4 large eggs (I mean 5 )


120 grams of sugar Method:

prepare the pastry by mixing softened butter with sugar, add 2 yolks and a pinch of salt, vanilla, and work quickly ..
Add the flour sifted with baking powder and cocoa, mix gently, wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes at least .. (maybe we can be prepared the day before) ..

spent time roll out the dough to a thickness of half a cm .. I did it directly in wax paper so I had no trouble passing it into the mold .. if not you use the paper with butter and flour a mold can be opened if possible low .. but I've used the white ceramic .. Once passed into the mold I put everything in the fridge .. with the scraps I cut the cookies in the shape of heart that I put in a separate plate and in the fridge anyway ..

prepare the stuffing breaking up the chocolate and melt in a water bath with gianduiotti .. Heat the cream almost to boil, add it to the chocolate and stir until it melts everything perfectly so as to obtain a nice creamy smooth .. add the sugar and melt mix well then let it cool .. ..
Combine slightly beaten eggs separately and mix quickly and vigorously.
Take the mold from refrigerator and pour in the filling, bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes ..
Once baked the cookies bake even for 10 minutes or less (depending on size). (Note the color tricks and you risk burning them!)
Once cool move on the cake, sprinkle with sugar .. icing before serving.

A tutte loro dico che saranno delle mamme eccezionali e che sono molto felice di avere il privilegio di stare loro vicina in questi magichi, e a tratto tragici, mesi delle loro gravidanze. Ragazze, spero di essere alla vostra altezza e di potervi sostenere-confortare-rallegrare-incoraggiare-rincuorare-festeggiare-aiutare e tutto quello che volete e che ora non mi viene in mente.

Ingredients: 4 eggs
