I told my new friend Natalia and nice to "Fusilli fried," I would be engaged at the weekend to prepare a recipe with which participate in his first contest and interesting: the plum: sweet and salty.
ET VOILA '! Said and done! Get this mini plum cakes! As usual, I think I cooked them a bit 'too .... but what can I do, but the commitment is there, what about? Evidently I am not very fond of sweets! But sooner or later I will win! ;-) So this is the recipe:
MINI plum cakes apple and cinnamon
Ingredients 4 small apples annurche (but you can use the quality that you like)
150 gr cake flour
50 g starch 100 g white sugar
100 g brown sugar 50 g butter
3 eggs 1 jar of yogurt
grated rind of 1 lemon
½ tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon sweet
½ cinnamon
A pinch of salt Icing sugar
With the help of an electric mixer, whisk the eggs with sugar, add the softened butter, yogurt and grated lemon rind. As soon as you get a nice smooth cream add the flour and starch that have united and sifted with a pinch of salt, cinnamon and baking powder last. So apples, peeled and cut into chunks. plumcake Grease a wheel or, as I did, mini plum cakes from the molds. With this amount I filled molds 8 plum and 4 (children) from muffin.
oven over medium heat, about 170 degrees for 15 minutes. If you use the large print, of course, cooking times will vary.
