Can You Get Shingles In Your Breast

Grilled swordfish with rucola pesto pistachios


This is a recipe low in calories. The pesto should be used only accompaniment to fish and not to "make the shoe"! But even if we were to escape the slice of bread (preferably wholemeal) ... what you want it .... all pleasure!

Ingredients

- swordfish slices;
- washed arugula;
- some shelled almonds and pistachios;
- extra virgin olive oil;
- apple cider vinegar;
- salt and pepper to taste Clean the rocket

and put it in a blender with pistachios, a couple of almonds, salt, pepper, a couple of teaspoons of cider vinegar and enough olive oil. Blend all the ingredients until it becomes a tasty sauce. Check course, according to the taste, flavor.




Far heat a grill pan, when hot cook the swordfish. Just prepare the dish cooked with the sauce, arugula and a little 'of olive oil
