Tomatoes Stuffed With Tuna courgettes, tuna, capers and olives

This is really a busy time, damn! I wanted to make many culinary experiments this weekend, but I cooked ... I hope to make my little soon. I post a recipe prepared tonight. This recipe also can be a cold. The preparation is the same except that you do not put tomatoes in the oven, but once stuffed in the fridge for a while '. Believe me it is really very good ...


ingredients - ripe tomatoes round;
- a couple of zucchini,
- onion
- tuna in oil;
- black olives and capers;
- olive oil;
- salt, pepper and basil to taste
- grated parmesan cheese to taste

cut the cap to the tomatoes, take out the pulp with a spoon, to drain their water for a while '.
Wash zucchini, cut into small cubes only the green part, put them in a pan with a little oil, little onion, pitted olives and capers and fry them for few minutes (let the zucchini very crisp), season with salt and pepper , let cool.
In a small bowl mix the drained tuna, zucchini cooked with olives and capers, basil, a little grated Parmesan cheese and mix. Then fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
